9月2日，市科协、市人社局联合召开2022年锦州市自然科学学术成果奖评审会进行终评，经评委会评审，评选出获奖学术成果102项，其中，我院获一等奖2项，二等奖6项。
分别为：王闯副教授的文章“A novel high efficiency and ultra-stable red emitting europium doped pyrophosphate phosphor for multifunctional applications”；姚传刚副教授的文章“Evaluation of A-site Ba-deficient PrBa0.5-xSr0.5Co2O5+δ (x = 0, 0.04 and 0.08) as cathode materials for solid oxide fuel cells”获学术论文类一等奖。
刘国成副教授的文章“Multi-functional fluorescent responses of cobalt complexes derived from functionalized amide-bridged ligand”；王祥副教授的文章“Capped Keggin Type Polyoxometalate-Based Inorganic–Organic Hybrids Involving In Situ Ligand Transformation as Supercapacitors and Efficient Electrochemical Sensors for Detecting Cr(VI)”； 常龙娇副教授的文章“Study on synthesis of spinel LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 cathode material and its electrochemical properties by two-stage roasting”；曹小漫博士的文章“Hexagonal petal-like cobalt oxide nanowire arrays encapsulated by MOF-derived Co/N-codoped carbon for boosting electrochemical capacitor behaviour”；顾佳丽教授的文章“Revealing the complexity of distinct manganese species-protein interactions through multi-spectroscopy” 获学术论文类二等奖。
刘佳囡博士的编著“《中温碱性焙烧钾长石资源高附加值清洁利用》”获学术著作类二等奖。
近年来，我院师生在化学、材料等学科领域再次取得重大科研进展，多篇科研成果发表于国内外高水平期刊，在相关研究领域受到了广泛关注。不仅实现了“量”的大幅提升，而且获得了“质”的重大突破，这是对近年来我院脚踏实地、求真务实，积极开展原创性研究工作的馈赠。
