李鸿一教授简介
李鸿一, 男，1983年7月生, 辽宁人, 2006年和2009年分别获渤海大学数学系学士和硕士学位，2010年6月至9月在香港大学机械工程系做访问学者(Research Associate)，2012年获英国朴茨茅斯大学创造性技术学院博士学位。同年通过"海外引进人才计划"回渤海大学工作，受聘为信息科学与技术学院教授。
目前主持国家自然科学基金(青年基金)一项；作为骨干成员参与英国朴茨茅斯大学与Protean Electric Ltd公司合作项目一项；参与国家自然科学基金重大研究计划(培育项目)、国家科学基金(青年基金)项目各一项。目前主要研究方向为：模糊控制系统设计、鲁棒控制及滤波、网络化控制系统、汽车悬架与飞行器控制系统设计等。在国内外期刊与会议上发表（含录用）学术论文40多篇，其中在IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics：Part B, IEEE Transactions on Neural Network等国际高水平期刊发表（含录用）论文30余篇，其中SCI源30余篇，EI源30余篇。
发表的文章被Automatica, IEEE Trans. 汇刊等国际著名SCI期刊他引200多次；2篇国际期刊学术论文入选ESI-Top论文; 3篇国际期刊学术论文入选Science-Direct Top25 Hottest Articles；同时在Neurocoputing, International Journal of Control Theory and Applications, International Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Differential Equations and Dynamical Systems, Modelling and Simulation in Engineering, International Journal of Modern Nonlinear Theory and Application与International Journal of Advances in Telecommunications, Electrotechnics, Signals and Systems 7个国际期刊任编委会成员。主持过国际会议IWACIII 2011的Special session(Hybrid Intelligent Control System and Its applications), 国际会议 ISSCAA 2010与ICACI 2012 国际会议程序委员会委员。现为国际期刊如IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, Part B,
