潘英男,博士,教授。

全球高被引科学家,辽宁省“兴辽英才计划”青年拔尖人才,入选2022年度斯坦福全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单;主要从事复杂动态系统智能控制、模糊控制、协同控制及其应用方面的研究;发表SCI期刊论文100余篇(其中包括31篇IEEE汇刊论文,16篇ESI高被引论文,8篇ESI热点论文),以第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI期刊论文50余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、辽宁省兴辽英才计划项目、辽宁省博士启动项目。曾获广东省自然科学二等奖、锦州市自然科学学术成果一等奖、中国自动化学会YAC2020最佳会议论文奖、SCI期刊Neurocompting和Asian Journal of Control杰出审稿人奖。辽宁省优秀研究生导师团队主要成员、现为中国指挥与控制学会青年工作委员会委员、自适应动态规划与强化学习专委会委员、全国研究生教育评估监测专家库专家。
