赵宁，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。

入选2023年度斯坦福全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单，研究专注于网络化控制系统、车辆协同控制及其应用领域。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、辽宁省自然科学基金博士启动项目、辽宁省教育厅面上项目等，并参与辽宁省基础研究计划项目的研究。以第一作者或通讯作者在国内外顶级学术期刊上发表30余篇高水平论文，其中10余篇为IEEE汇刊论文和ESI高被引论文。曾获锦州市自然科学学术成果一等奖1项和第18届创新计算、信息和控制国际会议最佳论文奖。指导两名研究生荣获国家奖学金并都成功考取了东北大学博士研究生，指导大学生获得国家级二等奖1项、省级一等奖2项，以及其他多项省级奖项。担任国际期刊 Complex Engineering Systems青年编委。
